Today's prayers were for "The souls that do not believe in God and those who do not know Him.
Most compassionate Jesus, You are the Light of the whole world. Receive into the abode of Your Most Compassionate Heart the souls of those who do not believe in God, and of those who as yet do not know You. Let the rays of Your grace enlighten them that they, too, together with us, may extol Your wonderful mercy, and do not let them escape from the abode which is Your Most Compassionate Heart.
Eternal Father, turn Your Merciful gaze upon the souls of those who do not believe in You, and of those who as yet do not know You, but who are enclosed in the Most Compassionate Heart of Jesus. Draw them to the light of the Gospel. These souls do not know what great happiness it is to love You. Grant that they , too, may extol the generosity of Your mercy for endless ages. Amen
May the Light of Almighty God, Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, shine on the darkness of their minds, and open up their hearts to salvation, through the Divine Mercy of God.
There are so many Souls, that do not know Almighty God, or will accept Him,
and yet they are yearning for his love without knowing it.
There is a woman, Ilona, on one of the blogs, that keeps doing good deeds(as she believes them to be) and yet will not believe in God, and doubts that God even exists. Probably because of what she may have witnessed, or interpreted what she assumes had occurred in her life. Yet she keeps coming back to one of the blogs that I post on, trying to demean the Catholic faith, and jabs at all Christian's every chance she gets. She is one of those, that need our prayers for her soul. She claims to be a follower of Wicca. She try's to do as much as she can to keep her conscience feeling good, and yet does not realize doing a good feat, without faith is a useless action. She keeps telling people of all of these good deeds she does, why? She may have gotten very little praise as a child, and while many may look at her as a lost soul, we must realize that Almighty God does not look at people the way any one else does. I mention her, because she keeps coming back to the blog, that is intentionally earmarked to Catholics attending Our Lady of Lourdes parish. The reason she is doing that(I believe) is that, she is trying to prove that she is better than catholics, by her announced deeds. That is okay, as without her realizing it, she is getting the message, and in God's time she will see the light. Whether she accept it or not, is her free will, and choice. Pray for one such as she, particularly today, as it is the Fourth Day Divine Mercy prayers. I was wisely advised not to banter, or to answer these types, but to show how wonderful God's love is, and how I feel about Jesus, and I have experienced so much peace since taking that advice, given by one of the smartest, holy, spirit led Pastors, I have ever met.
